COA Board meetings are held monthly on the last Monday of the month. Meeting minutes may be obtained from the Property Manager.

If a member wishes to express an idea, propose an activity, or appeal a fine they may schedule attendance at the next meeting by calling the Property Manager to request their name be added to the agenda.
A unit owner is free to remodel or improve the interior of their unit as they see fit so long as the structural integrity is maintained.
The outside areas that can be remodeled or replaced include the front door, windows, mailboxes, and outside lamps. In order to make any changes to these items, approval of the Board of Managers is required. This can be obtained by filling out the Improvement Application, attaching any pertinent pictures or drawings, and submitting the application to the Property Manager.

Each owner is issued 1 pool permit and 1 parking permit for use by the owner, their renters or guests.
The Owner and renters are expected to understand the Rules and Regulations as they pertain to these permits. Failure to comply with the rules may result in fines and confiscation of the permit. Vehicles parked in violation may be towed to an impound lot at the owner’s expense.
Lost or damaged permits will be replaced by the Property Manager. A damaged permit will be replaced at no charge if the damaged permit is exchanged. In all other cases a replacement is provided for a fee of $50.00.
Kenwood Greene has insurance coverage. Many mortgage holders will require you to notify them that we continue to have insurance. If a mortgage holder requires verification and it has not been provided by the insurance broker, you can contact the property manager:

If you have damages that you believe should be covered, please notify the property manager immediately. Please do not try to submit a claim directly with the insurance company. It will not be honored. Submit all claims through Premier Property Management. The Property Manager will help you through this process.
