Kenwood Greene is a Condominium chartered to operate under the provisions of Ohio Revised Code section 5311.  It is governed by a set of documents that are attached to the deed of each owner as part of the covenants of ownership.  The Declaration is the defining document of Kenwood Greene Condominiums.  It describes the property, the rules under which the Condominium operates and the rights and restrictions imposed upon the owners of living units within the Condominium.  The By-Laws are an addendum to and an integral part of the Declaration that describe certain operating rules of Kenwood Greene, in particular the makeup, responsibilities and rules of operation of the Condominium Owners Association (COA).  The Rules & Regulations are a document authorized by the Declaration that has the force of the covenants described in the Declaration and which is written and maintained by the COA.
